Togheter with SEALED AIR: ( http://www.sealedair.com/default.aspx ) we realized with good results a project called “LUCCA: wrapper + Cryovac material” in the sector of AFH shrink packaging.
LUCCA 600 is the shrink wrapper for single and double roll, and LUCCA 800 is the multipack bundler.
Both machines has the Sealed Air patented side sealer, realized focusing to increase the weldability of the low thickness material at higher speeds.

The Shanklin® LUCCA 800 I/J/C Multipack bundler is a particularly versatile machine designed to wrap multiple collection of AFH roll with polyolefin material down to a thickness of 13 micron.
Continuous sealing jaw motion of the machine is particularly advantageous in situations where higher speeds (35 - 40 bpm according to bundle dimension) are required
Model Shanklin® LUCCA 800I has a speed range of 15 - 20 bpm according to bundle dimension and the intermittent motion permits a smaller footprint of the machine.
